Blessings Missionaries are former seminarians supported by Blessings—or their spouses—who have received a clear calling from God to live long-term among Chinese communities. After applying and going through a review process, they are accepted by the BCMF Board and directly commissioned and sent by Blessings Cultural Mission Fellowship.

Because Blessings Missionaries have a clear vision for cultural mission, whatever field of ministry they serve in, they seek to promote the transformation of Chinese culture through the gospel. For example, those who teach at universities may, through academic work and the witness of their lives, help change how fellow professors and students view the Christian faith. Those who serve in media may use radio, the internet, video, and film to communicate a biblical worldview and the salvation of Christ.
