Both the Blessings staff and graduates have gone through solid theological training. Being capable teachers and preachers, they may contribute tremendously to the Chinese churches everywhere to elevate the quality of believers, equipping them to discern right from wrong, truth from false, so that they may stand firm in this evil and deceitful generation.
Gospel Meetings
華人的文化土壤只能藉福音來轉化，因此，傳福音是我們最根本的使命。恩福的同工與畢業生經常應邀在各地帶領福音聚會。
Theological Lectures
慕道的知識分子需要從理性的角度明白聖經真理的可靠性；基督徒知識分子需要認識信仰如何回應時代課題，如，科學、人權、民主、同性戀、墮胎、環保等。學有專精的恩福同工與畢業生，可以應邀舉辦神學講座，釋疑解惑。
Leadership Training
華人教會普遍需要培育領袖，來承擔屬靈責任。恩福的同工看重在這方面與教會配搭，堅固各個地方教會。
Mission Conferences
普世宣教的大使命需要動員所有信徒參與。恩福的同工樂意協助各個教會推動宣教，尤其在說明文化宣教、新媒體宣教等領域，信徒如何可以全面參與。
Biblical Teaching
恩福的畢業生已有許多位得到新約、舊約、神學、教會歷史等的博士學位，可以提供紮實的聖經教導。
Revival Meetings
恩福的同工與一些畢業生，可以擔任培靈會、奮興會、退修會等大型聚會的講員，鼓勵信徒全然奉獻，全心事主。。
